It was a qualification with a bittersweet taste after pushing to fight for the front row, but several errors led Cristian to start in P4.
A good start for Cristian but he was hurt by a connection problem that deprived him of fighting for victory. After the fall, Cristian was able to recover many of the lost positions at a good pace, although he had to settle for sixth place.
The Qualifying lap was not very favourable for Cristian, after not looking completely comfortable while riding. Cristian had to be satisfied with a 7th position.
An extremely good start by the Spaniard, climbing up to 4th position and staying in a good consistent race pace. The problems came in the last three laps of the race, where he was not entirely comfortable, and that made Cristian lose P4 but still get a fifth place.
